1. Sponsor
Mukaro Technologies, Inc. (“Mukaro” or “Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to hello@mukaro.app.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, except employees, contractors, officers, directors, and members of their immediate households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Drawing period
Each Mukaro Pulse drawing begins and ends on the dates shown with the applicable Pulse. Pulse #01 is scheduled for October 6 through October 20, 2026. Entries received outside the stated period are not eligible.
4. How to participate
Eligible participants may respond to a Mukaro Pulse question using a verified Mukaro account. No purchase or payment is required.
5. Voting limit
Each person may cast only one vote per Mukaro Pulse question. Multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated submissions, duplicate identities, or other attempts to cast additional votes are prohibited.
6. Prize-entry limit
Each eligible person may receive one prize-drawing entry per Pulse drawing period. Answering additional Pulse questions, where available, does not create additional entries for that same drawing period.
7. Independence of vote and prize entry
The answer selected in a Mukaro Pulse has no effect on eligibility, winner selection, or odds of winning. Mukaro does not select winners based on political views, party preference, poll response, or other expressed opinion.
8. Prizes
First prize: $100 gift card. Second prize: $50 gift card. Third prize: $25 gift card. Total approximate retail value: $175. Gift-card provider and delivery method will be specified when winners are notified. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.
9. Winner selection
After the drawing period closes, Mukaro will randomly select three unique eligible entrants from all valid entries received. The first entrant selected receives the first prize, the second receives the second prize, and the third receives the third prize.
10. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period.
11. Winner notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the verified email address associated with their eligible entry and may be required to confirm eligibility within the stated response period. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not respond in time, Mukaro may randomly select an alternate winner.
12. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with receipt of a prize.
13. Privacy
Prize-entry identity information is maintained separately from a participant’s specific Pulse response. Information collected for prize administration is used to verify eligibility, contact winners, prevent fraud, administer the drawing, and satisfy applicable legal requirements.
14. Community poll disclaimer
Mukaro Pulse results are voluntary responses from self-selected Mukaro participants. They are not scientific surveys and should not be interpreted as representative of the United States population, registered voters, likely voters, or any political constituency.
15. Fair participation
Mukaro may disqualify entries reasonably determined to result from fraud, automation, identity duplication, manipulation, interference with the voting system, or violation of these rules.
16. General conditions
Mukaro may suspend, modify, or terminate a drawing if fraud, technical failure, security incidents, or circumstances outside its reasonable control materially impair the integrity of the promotion.
17. Winner information
Where permitted by law, Mukaro may identify verified winners by first name and state after prize acceptance. Additional personal information will not be published without permission or legal necessity.
